"Excellent overnight stay for early next day flight. Staff were great. Friendly and easy to talk to. Shuttle to airport was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Parked our car in hotel lot for duration of our trip for a very reasonable fee. When we returned from our trip, called for shuttle and it arrived in 5 minutes. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if needed. "

"Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked.
The manager, was unapologetic and told me to “book somewhere else.” When I explained we were traveling with a baby and were one hour away, he threatened to hang up on me for “yelling” when I was simply upset.

"This was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had.
After checking in and settling into my room, a staff member knocked loudly on my door and, in a very emotional and confrontational way, told me I needed to move my car immediately—like I had done something wrong.
I called the front desk to clarify, and instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was told that if I didn’t comply, I would have to leave the hotel.
I moved my car as instructed, in the rain, to another area...

"Staff was friendly and helpful, general areas were clean for the most part, room was nice. Pool hours were frustrating — 9am-9pm. I have a 7 year old who couldn’t wait to use the pool when we got back around 9pm from the hockey game. He was majorly disappointed. Why 9pm? "It seems this hotel is more for the “unhoused” population. There was a man who was sitting in the front lobby in his bathrobe reading the paper and every time we saw him he was in his bathrobe walking around inside and out! Also there was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in lobby was just about room temperature. Their continental breakfast consisted of a basket of granola bars . The room was less than clean and the hall was noisy all night. I’m not sure where the positive reviews...
