"The location was the saving feature of our stay. The apartment is located in the old town in a quiet area. The apartment appears nice enough but our bed wasn’t made when we finally checked in. We had ask to check in early (1pm) but left waiting until 3pm outside until a message with the door code was received. Other issues or questions ignored by the WhatsApp contact- no human on site. (E.g no light bulb in the room/ do we get more loo roll on a 6 night stay?!). As someone else said 3 months...

"Mobile Home war zweckmäßig. Eine Spülmaschine fehlte, war aber Erträglich. Der Weg zu den Pools war gut machbar mit 3 und 6 Jahre alten Kindern. Pools waren allerdings sehr kalt (Juli/August), sodass die kleinen Kids nicht so lange drin bleiben konnten. "Leider sehr abgewohnt, die küche weiste Rost am Herd/Backofen auf. Der kühlschrank (die Dichtung) hin etwas durch. Die Fenster sind nicht richtig dicht( bei starkem regen hat es bei uns reingeregnet). Leider ist es Abends sehr laut durch das Programm vom Strand und dem anliegendem Hotel. "

"Het was klein maar fijn. De eerste dag moesten we wel even wennen aan de trappen maar voor de rest was het perfect. Schoon, netjes en modern. De gastheer en gastvrouw hebben ons overal bij geholpen. "Bellissimo campeggio, con tutti i comfort, silenzioso ben curato e attrezzato… si sta da Dio. Il mare pulitissimo e molto attrezzato per scendere in acqua. Scogli ma anche qualche piccola Spiaggietta. Vicino a parenti e un’oretta scarsa da Rovigno. Per me meraviglioso… la Casetta di legno comoda e ben pulita. Aria condizionata, frigo capiente e ben funzionante.. angolo cottura e tutto il necessario per cucinare piatti veloci. Bagni e docce pulitissimi. "

"There is no reception, so you have to arrange check in ahead of time. We failed to do this, but Rosa was very helpful. The unit was just right for our stay. Equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom. Great AC, grocery store very close by, lots of dining options and tour operators in the area. "

"The apartment is about 10 minutes walk to one small beach or a cafe and half an hour into the town or pretty harbour of Rovinj. Lounge is decent size but one bedroom was very cramped and the shower unit wasn’t very effective. Kitchen has the basics so we could make drinks."

"Travelling as a family 2 adults + 3 kids (7,10,12). Finding the property is simple - look for the Tri Volta restaurant and it is directly above. Warm welcome from the owners (who live in another apartment in the property) and throughout the holiday they were hospitable and fantastic with the kids. "Die Lage der Wohnung war Top - abends zu Fuß in die Altstadt war ideal. Die Parksituation war etwas eigenartig aber OK. Die Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen eigentlich recht sauber, lediglich die Kästen könnten mal erneuert werden, die haben doch schon einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch. Für 2 Leute war sie jedenfalls groß genug, der Essbereich auf der Terrasse war bei diesem Wetter auch ideal. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei, wodurch wir die tollen Strände rund um Rovinj problemlos erreichen...
