"You cant expect good services from this hotel. The hoteliers were just not nice, the room was just freezing , and they didn't even answer the phone. Overall, i was not happy with the facilities and the services of this hotel. So i submitted an honest review asked by hotels.com based on my dissatisfaction anonymously but they asked me exactly about my review when i checked out so it was super embarrassing. I wouldn't really recommend this hotel if you expect something that you pay for ^^"

"첫날에 바퀴벌레가 나와 장을 바꿨는데 다시 나와 방을 한번더... 애완견이 없었다면은 다른호텔로... Roach came out twice in a row in two seperate room. Would have gone to another hotel if we didn't have our pet"

"엘리베이터부터 복도 룸에 이르기까지 곰팡이 냄새가 강렬합니다. 침대는 스프링쿠션감을 그대로 느낄 수 있구요, 에어컨 바람이 알굴에 직사됩니다.어메니티는 장급수준이고, 냉장고는 미지근한데다 비데는 물줄기가 따가울 정도 입니다. 특히 주변으로 식가당 등이 없는 것이 불편했네요."
