"Requested transportation from the airport, got a message taxi pick up available just give flight info, after giving info no response from hotel and phone number didn't work. No one working from desk at check in and wanted cash no credit card. Room was okay, had electric kettle, cups but no water, coffee or tea. No restaurant or free breakfast as advertised. No staff at desk when I checked out in the morning. Renting rooms is a side business for the massage parlor. Poorly run I might add."
