"Found this place after all the usual hotels were either full or very expensive. Located up an alley near Cuba mall. The outside does not present very well, as well as being an earthquake prone building. The door is straight off the street,so not a great start. Once inside the apartment is spacious and comfortable. It's quiet as well. Would be a good place to stay for a longer period in the city."

"Great location that is convenient to everything. But the room we had needed a major upgrade, especially the bathroom. Kitchenette was great, but there wasn't enough crockery or items to cook with. One fry pan, not enough plates for the number of guests were some of the things disappointing. The room was tidy and serviced well. Trying to check in wasn't the best as the reception wasn't open (and during office hours too), plus I was asked to pay for the room again - I'm guessing unaware...
