"This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals."

"The V Grand in Ooty turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. The mountain view from our room was absolutely stunning, just like in the pictures. The room had every essential — a water purifier, hot water, and a kettle — and everything was spotless. The recliner was a nice touch, making the room even more comfortable. Restaurant downstairs has mixed menu - vegetarian and non-vegetarian if it matters. There is a A2B right around the corner. "
