"Room was great. Bathroom was nice. The location requires a large uphill climb if walking from the train station. The property is in the center of the city with all the great sites and restaurants near by. Would recommend staying here. "

"The staff were absolutely phenomenal! Andre was responsive, kind, willing to work with us when we took a long day trip, and always friendly. He and another staff member helped us with our heavy bags and they helped us book another night when we wanted to extend our trip. The location was wonderful in accessing Firenze easily. We will stay here again on our next visit!"

"Mario and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We were helped from the minute we stepped into the doors of the lobby till we checked out 8 days later. Traveling internationally can be intimidating but Hotel Santa Croce put all the uneasiness I had being in a foreign land with my wife and son to rest. I will return to Italy and I will absolutely stay here again."

"Gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious! Only thing I didn't like is the noise going around until like 12 am. Also in the morning there was doors slamming, people talking loud etc. other than that we enjoyed our stay."
