"Hola, estuvimos 2 noches, no servía el aire acondicionado y cuando solicitamos una solución, nos dijeron que no había nada que hacer, hasta 2 días después de que saliéramos. Nos ofrecieron un desayuno (buffet) variado y solo era pan, croissant, jamón y queso ( no opciones de proteína como huevo o más saludable como fruta) y precio 14€. Ubicación excelente, servicio y estado de la habitación mala."

"This is a great place! I had to book last minute, but I was pleasantly surprised! We had a very clean and spacious room, with a coffee machine and a refrigerator (I don’t think all rooms have the same features, so check). The bathroom was spacious and clean, with an excellent shower.
Location is minutes from the main square, but it was very quiet even on busy weekend nights. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend!!"

"Parking is easy and very close to the south entrance of old town. Room is same as described. Well arranged and cozy. Very kind staffs. Kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher are useful."

"Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable dans cet hôtel idéalement situé au centre historique de Sienne. L’accueil a été tout simplement incroyable. Felizia mérite une mention spéciale : gracieuse, serviable et d’une efficacité impressionnante. Elle a monté ma valise jusqu’au 4ᵉ étage (sans ascenseur), et a même pris l’initiative d’aller au supermarché pour m’acheter des produits sans gluten et sans lactose, qu’elle a déposés discrètement dans la chambre. "Eine absolut tolle Location & Unterkunft. Einfache Zimmer aber top gepflegt. Herausragend die Küche mit einem tollen Frühstück und einem super leckeren Abendessen. Unfassbar toll das Personal - immer lustig und freundlich. Unglaublich das es sowas noch gibt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. "

"Ontzettend mooie plek in een dal, je moet goed ter been zijn, veel hoogte verschillen. Alles netjes en top geregeld. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was heerlijk uitgebreid alles vers.
Wij verbleven in de luxe, nieuwe, huisjes. Dit was een soort veredelde tent, erg leuk, wij zaten bij het bruggetje, de beste plek van al deze want je kon buiten zitten, veel ruimte.
Maar het had tujdens ons verblijf geregend, dan wel fris en alles klam. Kachel kon wel aan, maar ja in de zomer deden we dit...
