"Unsanitary and uncomfortable stay.
When I arrived, the room was clearly not clean. I found hair in the bed, hair on towels that were supposed to be clean, and noticeable stains on the pillows and blankets. The overall condition of the room was very poor and quite disturbing.
The owner told me I would receive a refund, even though I booked through Expedia. However, after more than a week, I was later informed that the refund was refused.
This was very frustrating, as what I was told was not...

"Everything was so tight, the spaces are so small, unlike the pictures. We couldn't sleep well, lot of noises from inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast was terrible."
