"Great hotel, great location, great friendly staff"

"The property was in a good location with many restaurants, shops and close to the beach."

"After checking in and going up to our hotel we were shocked at the state of the room. We are used to budget travel but this was extreme. Unclean bedding as well as cigarette burns, the wifi did not work at all, and front desk was no help when we asked if it could be fixed. If it wasn't so late when we checked in we would have left right away, but being tired we spent one night and left early in the morning even though we had paid for two nights. "Many times stayed this hotel, friendly staffs. Restaurants nearby, beaches 10 minutes walk."

Some more basic toiletries like shampoo and soap would be appreciated, the toothbrushes were pointless. I felt really unwelcome when we arrived late at night. The booking through hotel.com had not yet come through to the hotel, and they...
