"Our air conditioner was broken, room was dirty, curtains broken, hallway smelled of sewage, etc. They couldn’t fix the air conditioner and offered a warm soda as compensation. The smell of marijuana was the only thing that covered up the smell of raw sewage. Disgusting, and deplorable."

"Highlights: great shuttle service, staff were good and accommodating.
Improvements: AC was dripping water and drenched the carpet, the bathroom was clogged, no maintenance was done while we were there though the sink thankfully unclogged. Never got housekeeping though we asked for it when we stayed more than two nights. Laundry wasn’t working. Pool smelled. Stains on the couches in our room. Parking was narrow and few availability."
