"The room was okay, but considering the price, I expected it to be cleaner and better maintained. The washroom had no exhaust fan, which caused unpleasant smells to linger. I would recommend installing proper ventilation and providing air fresheners to make the stay more comfortable and pleasant for guests. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement."

"I was staying here for an event at the convention center, and in terms of the location it's great for that since it's cheaper than anything else in walking distance. The rooms have decent amenities, fridge and microwave are nice since there is a grocery store directly across the street. Otherwise the rooms aren't the cleanest and the soundproofing is bad, was kept up multiple night by being able to hear my neighbors and people walking by on the street. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the...

Could've done without people constantly standing outside smoking weed, but they also didn't bother me, so to each their own.
Check out was a nightmare though. Check out time was posted as 11am, fine. I wanted to leave early and head back home anyway. Problem was that no one was at the check in desk until 10am. So for 3 hours, I sat in my room waiting for someone to...
