"Refused to check me in, even though I'd prepaid. Asked me to pay again as they had problems receiving reimbursement from website. After lengthy discussion I was allowed to stay but they then said breakfast wasn't included - although my booking included this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kept me waiting in 37 degrees heat after a 5-hour drive there, and wouldn't let me sit down or have drink of water initially."

We found a phone number on a black board to call and were informed that despite our confirmed and paid booking, the shalets were not in operation. We were forced to leave and find alternative accommodation. Do not book for this establishment until it is confirmed revamped and properly managed."
