"We loved our stay at Palliser Lodge. The room was well equipped and the bed was great. The view from room 311B was stunning - looking out toward the mountains. We made good use of the balcony for our breakfasts and dinners. We would definitely recommend the Lodge and stay here again."

"The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It was a nice spot to sleep and relax in to serve as a base to explore the valley and near by parks. Cabin was clean and comfortable and the hosts we friendly and helpful. The setting in rural in a forest/ranchland so there are insects outside and some come in when you open the door as expected. "We were pleasantly surprised! It’s an older motel that’s been renovated nicely, with small but functional spaces, and a well equipped kitchen. Bed was SUPER comfortable which was the most important thing for me, and the bedding was soft unlike in a lot of hotels where everything feels crispy. The owner was really friendly too. Will definitely choose this place again next time we are in Golden!"
