"They said they couldn't find my reservation and told me I needed to cancel and then asked me to pay in cash. Can't speak English. Communication is through Google and guessing. Charged me more then the site for a nasty room. Even stated they didn't like using this site. Oh and I was actually on their computer looking for my own reservation. St the end of it all the guy clapped his hands at me and said we are done. He's lucky it ended nicely. If this is what hotel.com offers I'll do as I'm doing...

"Conveniently located right off the main highway—can be a little tricky to navigate during peak times, but still manageable. Check-in was quick and easy, with friendly staff and a good-sized parking lot so parking isn’t a problem even with all of the trucks for the in-town workers in the back. "This was a great place to stay. The location was great. Right by the lake with beautiful sunset views. About 20 minutes from town and a beautiful drive. All the comforts of home and as the description says no internet for a peaceful get away but phone service is no problem. Lots of DVDs to choose from. It was nice to disconnect. Definitely will be back. Be sure to take the Jefferson Ghost Walk tour, Busy B Ranch Wildlife Safari, and Ole Jiggers Caddo Lake Adventure boat tour. You won't...
