"In the afternoon of the 2nd day of our stay, we came back from a competition and found out there is no hot water in our room. I called the front desk and was told the boiler just broke and there might not be hot water until the next day or even two days later. I asked how I could take a shower. They told me they didn't know. I asked if the showers by the pool worked and they again they told me they didn't know but didn't offer to find out. They did not offer my any solutions. So I went...

"arrived to our room to find that the floor was extremely sticky with unknown substance and the bed sheets had staining. staff was prompt and helpful to move us to a new room where we felt more comfortable. overall, had higher expectations given what we paid for our stay. the location was by no means a motel, then the condition of the room would be more understandable, but for nearly $450 expected it to be much nicer and cleanliness is not expensive. "
