"Impressive views of the Duomo from the room. Small and very traditional hotel. Really cool terrace at the top to have breakfast, chill and enjoy the views of the cathedral and the rooftops of Florence. A bit small bathroom but enough for what was needed. "Vintage but clean and spacious room. Had air conditioning but was not needed because temperature was nice. Great staff always committed with giving a great service. Very diligent and enthusiastic. 30 steps to get to an elevator which accommodates 1 person plus luggage, doable but has to be taken into consideration for elderly and people traveling with kids."

"This place was incredible . Just at the corner by the Duoma... and in the center of everything. It was a last minute booking and we were surprised at how professional and helpful the staff was. A clean room, nice bed and around the corner from the main tourist area. They also held our luggage while we explored during the next day. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. "

"I loved this property, it was only my husband and myself, the room we had was not kid friendly but I’m sure they have good accommodations for families. This was close to everything our room was in another building but it was right near the hotel office. I would definitely go back to Florence and would stay here again. "
