"Clean room, great location, staff is super nice and friendly, my only two details are that at time, not always, the bathrooms smelled really bad, I guess because its an old building. The other detail is the curtain in the room, that gives no privacy, if you walk in the hallway you can still see inside the room when lights are on. Besides that is all good."

"Vallarta Live is a great hotel! We had planned on staying one night and ended up needing to stay more due to appointments we had, the staff was amazing in accommodating us even though the hotel was very full at the time. In total we stayed there for 17 days. The rooms were great very modern and spacious it was great to have a little sitting area and they are kept nice and clean. "The room smelled mildly of sewage. The pool had a film on the surface. And there was only AC in the bedroom so the living area and kitchen were uninhabitable. There was no view like was inferred on the website. And finally, we weren’t able to open the door to the balcony. The beds were comfortable and they had an elevator so sleep was good but it was noisy and very bright."
