"Staff was excellent, was put in a room with cosmetic issues on an area on the ceiling. On the front part of the desk chair was really warn out. Toilet missing seat tabs and the bowl was bottom seal was loose. Carpet was stained in many places, curtains could not be closed, no privacy. Tenants in the room next to us were loud, rude and obnoxious to say the least and could not sleep until 4AM had to check out by 11AM. "
