"The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean with a gorgeous view out over Cowichan Bay and it was nicely presented, nice bed linens and lovely soft towels, We were told it was newly renovated room but the decor was a little unusal for our taste. A lot going on in one room...but each to their own.
The problem was the soundproofing between rooms. We could hear the TV next door all night and very early again in the morning, on loud the whole time. I think it was probably on the...

"Éramos 5 y no teníamos toallas para los 5. Íbamos a usar la cama complementaria (sillón) y nos dejaron una sola sabana. Para colmo se rompió el ascensor el viernes de noche y se restauró el sábado en la mañana. Tuvimos que subir y bajar varias veces por escalera y para ir al parking hay que salir del edificio, no hay escaleras interiores.
La atención del personal fue buena
Desayuno standard"

Well lit parking area.
Room & bed very comfortable. Very quiet & clean.
The free breakfast had more offerings than expected; delicious!
Property was close to shops & sights.
Will have to stay longer next time to take in the gym, pool, & hot tub. Was good to know a pool was available for use this time of year."

"It was close to the ferry from Saltspring Island , It was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was a pleasant surprise to find it had to two very nice beds, it had a bedroom as well as a bed in the living area, full stove and fridge. All the other things hotels have. If there was one small thing lacking it was a tea towel to dry the dishes, other than that it was a wonderful place and we would definely stay there again."

"A really great location in the middle of town - walking distance to restaurants, shops and cafes. Quite rustic inside with raw wood beams - watch for splinters. Noise travels quite easily through the space but all our neighbours were super respectful to the quiet times. Great bedding and beds no doors on the bedroom or secondary space - only curtains. The extra room is great but very small. The patio and fire table are lovely. Overall we were super pleased with the space."

"This is a renovated and restored heritage building. The owners put a lot of TLC into its conversion.
Our room has thoughtful touches. It's a spacious unit. The bed is firm which we like. And the bathroom walk-in shower was spacious. We would stay here again in the future if the need arises."
