"Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious."

"This property is really good as to stay as the center of Ubod and shopping area is walking distance and accessible to all necessity. Staff are very friendly and up to time to update your arrival even its late in the night. "

"Although a little rundown in places, this property is very good value for money. The staff, although occasionally tricky to track down (not often at reception) are very friendly and accommodating. The garden is lush and peaceful and the swimming pool is great. Located on a busy road with plenty of dining options, the hotel could really do with upping their own F&B offer. There was never anyone eating there and with a bit of a tidy up and some marketing knowhow, they could turn the resort into a...

"L'hôtel est très bien. Les travaux suite à une tempête ne m'ont pas permis d'avoir le cottage que je voulais et on m'a proposé une autre chambre un peu éloignée de la réception et un peu isolée. Dommage; Je remercie l'équipe qui m'a offert 2 massages en compensation du changement de chambre."

" Great location between the monkey forest and the Palace. Walking distance to restaurants, trip operators, and next door to great bar with a lovely garden and live music. But very quiet at the hotel which was perfect. The hosts are so nice and the breakfast was great."

"Die Unterkunft war richtig schön, abgelegen und ruhig. Der Ausblick ist es definitiv wert, die Treppen hochzusteigen. Das Frühstück war richtig lecker und frisch zubereitet. Ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt war der Hund Blackie, der sich gerne streichen ließ :)"

"This was a beautiful place to stay overlooking rice terrace and mountains. The owner Windu and his family were all very nice and would help me with anything I needed. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and rewind, this is the place. Although I wouldn’t recommend for anyone looking to meet others, as this isn’t a social hostel by any means. Otherwise it is very nice! "

"It was peaceful and quiet. The property is traditional decorated with ponds, fountains plants making it feel like a secret secluded getaway."

"Staff friendly, attentive, striving to help. Loved stepping out to pool and beanbags. Lovely views. fantastic breakfast, lots of restaurants and massages over the water, just over the road Initially seemed a big noisy, could hear the pool filter, sometimes hear the building going up next door. The room was very well appointed and serviced daily. Absolutely loved the staff, always available and happy to assist."
