"I loved my stay at the Barn! I am not usually a fan of shared dorms in hostels which is why I loved the private room option here with the shared bath. The facilities were clean and well maintained. There was a huge kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking which made is super convenient to save money on food. The rooms themselves were super clean/nice and plenty of space for our luggage. The bathrooms were clean and private, never had an issues with having to wait for people either. Downstairs...

"The advertising was misleading as we spent extra so we could have a hot tub, it was cold and dirty. There is no one on site so I emailed to see if they could fix it but no one replied. "There is no reception and no visible staff on-site, but the room was clean and spacious, and had adjustable heating. The hot water has a sulfur-ish smell, but you get that with glacial water. The two different shower cubicles I used had the same tap setup (one for flow, another for temperature) but one cubicle had the water on a timer but nowhere to hang the showerhead, so you'd have to hold it all the time. The kitchen has 3 microwaves, 1 kettle, a hotplate and assorted pots/pans, enough...
