"It's a dated hotel but that could be alright if the stuff did not treat guests as dirt and did not try to scam them. They tried to charge as second time although the room has been paid in advance when I booked it. also we rented a motorbike from them for a day. they brought us a very old motorbike which we paid in advance and next morning when we returned the motorbike, they charged us again, saying it is the second day (although everybody else a day means 24 hours). "Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to...
