"Staff was nice never had an issue with anything I will say the pictures are way different than in person. When we walked in we noticed 2 roaches and the kitchen burners weren’t working in the room. "Their breakfast was tiny prepackaged muffins and cereal bars. Ran out of coffee and never made more and it was only until 9:30 on weekends which they do not tell you when you check in. Staff not friendly and everything you ask was "I don't know ". Rooms had terrible odor and dirty towels and sheets had an old musty smell. No elevators which is not told to you and my husband has bad knees and we had to lug our luggage up and down steps "
