"This is a no frills boutique hotel in a much older building and traditional Suisse style. It’s in an excellent location. If you like large rooms and bathrooms, this is not the hotel for you. Bathroom is a cruise ship for squeezed into the space to offer a private bath for your room. The rooms are also very small. No AC. "Great hotel close to the airport and with a shuttle for the early morning flight. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Though we didn't have the opportunity to use the free bus pass, it was a nice offer and one we will use next time we stay here. Also, a random detail that I appreciated. There weren't 'extra' towels in the bathroom. Just two bath towels (there were two of us). I appreciated this as I assume it reduces energy having to wash a bunch of extra towels that...

"Great little hotel. Our room was small, toilet and shower outside. Very close walling to the lake, train station, tram and buses, plenty of restaurants around. Very nice people at the reception. "

"The bathroom needs renovation, otherwise clean and functional. Jennifer(?) is an outstanding host. I made an error when making my reservation. She corrected it however she could. It is challenging to find a hotel with a personal touch. She made it this way. If I return to Gex, this will be my stop."

"Nous avons été très bien accueilli et les propriétaires font tout pour que le séjour se passe bien. La chambre est conforme à la description et la salle de bain mieux que sur les photos que j'avais vu. La chambre est propre et le lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est composé de produits fait maison. La pâte à tartiner chocolat noisettes et délicieuse. Il manque peut-être un coup de peinture pour remettre un coup de frais mais sinon rien à redire"
