"Excellent for a last minute change (another property on the island failed to provide check in instructions). Room is clean, spacious. The kitchen has utensils, cups, plates, cookware, and a tea kettle -- but be mindful, it's right next door to another guest room. There's a Kronan and Bonus in walking distance if you'd rather cook than eat out. The owner can come out and help on very short notice if needed, but he communicates via phone. "

"The property was really Home like. Great host. And very welcoming. The kitchen supplied everything you needed and the area to sit was incredible. Nice and peaceful and definitely would come back. This hotel doesn’t get the credit that it should. It was perfect."

"This guesthouse was nice and clean. The room was spacious. My boyfriend and I traveled here in the low season (November) and it was difficult to figure out how to access the room. Before arriving, I had a bit of a panic about how we were going to get in (Expedia customer service was not able to tell me). "Built by the owner, this is a very well designed and constructed guest house. Beautiful room and en suite bath with lots of outlets for charging phones, cameras, etc. Kudos to Andreas for a job well done! Service and travel advice were great too!"

"This was a guesthouse where we were greeted by the owner as we drove up. She showed us our room, which was clean and comfortable. She also made wonderful pancakes for breakfast for everyone, it felt like a family meal. I would recommend to anyone wanting something other than the sterile hotel room experience. "
