"Property is very dated. Pillows are completely flat. Shower and sink handle turned completely in a circle making it hard to turn water off. Drawers were broken and missing from the dresser. Our room smelled like an ashtray. Assuming the people who live in the room beside smoke inside. The room beside also played loud music all hours of night and morning making it hard to sleep. They also had a barking dog. We paid for a poolside room and were placed in the back of the building. The smoke...

"Stayed here for a week with five kids in a one bedroom suite. The room was very clean, the staff was so helpful and the daily breakfast was so good- a great variety that changed each morning. It was in perfect proximity to Rehoboth Beach and is so close to shops, restaurants and right next door to a grocery store. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, especially those with families."

"Fantastic hotel and staff! They pay attention to the small details- for example, toothbrush holder in the bathroom, nice! Rooms are big, clean, nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable. They have a wonderful included buffet breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel called Lupo. Buffet but very fresh - they also make omelets - coffee is delicious! They have a nice shuttle to the beach - very helpful. Will definitely stay again."

"We loved our stay! The location is fantastic you can easily walk to most of the local shops, restaurants, so there’s really no need for a car for everything. The property was so cute and cozy. The staff had great customer service, which is something you don’t find very often anymore. They were also very accommodating of my service dog. We’ll definitely be back!"
