"It had been several years since I visited a Hampton Inn. This Fultondale, AL Hampton Inn was a refreshing new design in total. The Property and Staff exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose this Inn again. The Breakfast Offerings were extensive and very tasty. The Young Man Staffer was excellent and was very present and helpful. The Check-In Staff was very responsive and helpful also."

"This was a short stay for us. Check in was easy with friendly personnel. Good location, easy off the highway Bed was a bit hard and lumpy."

"Everything was top-tier. We loved the room and how spacious it was. Our biggest thing was staying somewhere with a pool - preferably indoor - for our girls. Even though it was outdoors, the pool was located in the right spot for the sun to shine on it and warm the water to not be freezing cold but just right to jump right in. The breakfast was good. The only downside for us was the mattresses were very firm and the pillows were extremely soft. My husband stacked three pillows together but still...

"It was clean but the window shade was ripped and needed to be replaced. The room was damp and stuff and no air circulation. The food didn’t even look appetizing."

"They canceled my room because I was very late, the worker working was new instead of reimbursing me he made me pay for another room. The next morning I talked to a different worker and he made it right."

"This LaQuinta was a disappointment. There was no hair dryer in the room & no hot water. Breakfast was also disappointing. Coffee pot in the room was disgusting. At breakfast there was No staff visible. Dirty counters & tables. No fresh fruit. No yogurt—very limited breakfast."

The big disappointment was the pool, it was one of the reasons i booked this hotel as I wanted to lounge by the pool on my day of arrival which is why I paid the early check in fee. Only to find that the pool was GREEN. It was disgusting, so I couldnt swim in it. :("

"Room was very basic. No frills at all. Clean for the most part, other than a few little things in the bathroom (which we didn't use since it was a quick overnight trip). But the hotel's area did not feel particularly safe, so we would not stay here again."

"The Hotel does not have a business center. I like to gather my thoughts then type them out. I usually like to either be in a business center of the hotel or an area that has a table or two off the lobby. This hotel did not have it. My room had an elevated credenza that I could have used but the mounted TV was directly above it. Except for that, the Elyton Hotel was a great choice. The rooftop bar/lounge Moon Shine was very accommodating and staffed with some fun people as well!"
