"I found 3 spiders in the room on three separate occassions. So i did not feel safe letting my baby sleep in the play yard as it was too close to the ground. The comforter had blood stain. The trolley service they said every 10-15 mins i waited 30 mins and i went back to the room to call front desk i called twice no answer. I started calling from my cell phone no answer. I wasted about an hour just trying to get in touch with someone to get a trolley to pick us up and then they try to blame me...

"We had a great visit with our family of 4. The only problem was kids kept having accidents in the pool so it would be closed down for safety concerns. Other than that the staff were great. Lifeguards had a great attitude and personality. Bartender and servers were kind and attentive. Would stay again!"

"I loved everything about our stay there. They were very attentive to my needs and requests. When the in room coffee pot didn’t work they brought us a different one in 10 minutes! Breakfast was great! Rooms clean! Loved it! We will be back next year also!! Way to go to all the staff"

"Overall, a nice property. We booked 3 rooms, 1 of which was an ADA room. This room was equipped with a bathtub, rather than a shower. The chair in the room had no arms and was on rollers. Both of these are not accommodating to those with mobility issues. In addition, there a very loud party on the balcony of the room below us, complete with strobe lights. We called the front desk and it took at least 30 minutes for the group to quiet down. Nice place, but definitely do not consider if you have a...

"Been there several times for golf tournaments-
Great in that respect !
Unhappy with room although very clean & well maintained, I was next to elevator & ice machine. Trouble sleeping with periodic pounding noises off & on & loud air conditioning. Some light switches turned nothing on
No place for small breakfast at casino except sweets if you have a teetime early in morning- not open until 8 am
Canyons restaurant was good but is expensive. Very slow service! Waiters tried, but apologized ...
