"This place within 100meters of atleast 2 Michelin (food) recommended places. Also the softest beds we have found in South East Asia! The service of the hotel amazing. We arrived very late (after our original other hotel booking was a disaster, had to find a place very late at night). Ms Hang took us happily in, guided us where to get this good food at such late hour, gave an amazing, tidy, Western standards room. "The staff was extremely helpful. They even had sim cards, installed it for me. They set up airport transfer, clean nice toyota suv, and installed my sim card, and simply added it to the bill. Unfortunately we wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. Room was nice and clean, no street noise. Convenient to our walking tours, beer street. Great stay in hanoi"
