"Check-in and check-out was so easy, which was great after a long journey. The airport shuttle service was perfect. The guy came and picked us up right after we called the hotel, he helped us with our stuff and he was so nice. "Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Internationale du Lac. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location can’t be beat for walking along the lake and general atmosphere. "We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit.
