"Our stay at Antica Abazzia was amazing! We took advantage of the bike rentals and biked to Bassano Del Grappa, which is the cutest little town! Our room was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is amazing for lunch and dinner! We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel! "

"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. "Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."

"It is an old fashioned, an "retro" hotel. The staff, however, made up for the outdated decor. They were excellent. The food was also quite good. All in all, good value for money. The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. While there is free public parking nearby, the hotel does not offer parking and you may find yourselves fighting for parking space, as we did."

"Very nicely located within Levico Terme, with lots of parking space, and a 2 minute walk from the main street with stores and restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious. Our room had no balcony, but also no neighbors, so this was all good. Room and bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. Biggest compliment we could give: we extended our stay here with another 4 days."
