"Old tired out building with NO elevator and we were on the fourth floor. 15 stairs to reception then 15 x4 to our room. The breakfast was quite good, the cappuccino was outstanding and the breakfast server was very pleasant. Centrally located in a very worn our tourist ridden overpriced location…"

"Excellent clean and conveniently located air conditioned hotel with cheerful, helpful staff. As it was our first time to Venice we particularly appreciated being met at the airport and assisted by Francesca. Be aware that in Italy when you’re on the 3rd floor that’s North American 4th and there is no elevator. Francesca carried our bags up and the daily trips up and down certainly strengthened our legs! Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic location near San Marco Square. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was not up to par with cold food - supposed to be hot and not a lot of variety."

"Breakfast was mediocre. Room seemed cramped."

"Service was limited - especially in restaurant"

"Very nice property. Have stayed many times. Very convenient location right next to water transport on the grand canal. Very helpful staff."

"Great location right off the main St Mark square! Nice room, good AC and very helpful staff as well! Bravo!"

"We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely upgrade to our room! The hotel rooms are wonderful. Very comfortable and quiet. The lagoon is right outside the front door and is stunning at all times of the day. It is a bit of a walk to the main square but easily doable."

"If your room is on the top floor. You will need to climb one flight of stairs. Other than that, all is good."

"Fantastic location..with water taxi drop off right outside. Lovely hotel with large rooms. Fab breakfast, dinner and food. Hotel offers water taxi straight to airport, very convenient. Stayed 2 nights"

"I really loved this cute hotel, it was conveniently located to the square and the water taxis. There were shops and restaurants all around - I would definitely recommend."

"This was a jewel of a hotel. It’s time, almost hidden. It’s right next door to the Rosa Salva Bakery, which is much easier to find. It’s five minutes from St. Mark’s Square and also close to the Rialto Bridge. I wish the TV had more than BBC and Al-Jazeera for those late nights when you’ve walked several miles a day. The WiFi was great, the AC lovely, and importantly, the bed was so, so comfortable. We would definitely stay there again."

"Amazing stay , incredible place . I will stay here over and over again .! So Lovely!"

"Amazing property near the train station Staff was amazingly helpful when our private water taxi canceled the night before our flight out The morning we were to leave the staff arranged a new driver/ water taxi right away! Plus as soon as we checked in we noticed our toilet seat was loose. They sent someone to tighten it immediately!! Continental breakfast was plentiful Would choose this property agin in a heartbeat Venice is amazing!"
