"Location is what makes this hotel worth a stay. Otherwise a bit mediocre. Several issues in bathroom-sink stopper didn’t work, toilet seat loose, lighting so so for shaving. Breakfast buffet good Major complaint was advice on how to get to hotel from airport. It is directly accessible by water taxi but concierge told us to use their preferred car service, which was very poor."

We didn’t complain as we were only there to sleep and didn’t want to lose precious time in Venice swapping accommodation. The site is nice and modern, easy to navigate. "
