It’s beautiful; the rooms are cute; staff is friendly and helpful. The location of this property is unbeatable - right on Grand Canal, close to everything. Highly recommended. Options with breakfast included are optimal, for breakfast is pretty good (and is served for quite a long time).

Location was the best feature of this hotel. One staff member was fantastic but a few were largely unresponsive - asking questions were met with one word answers and like pulling teeth. Also, note that partial canal view means you’re on the ground floor - the room description does not say this. So be prepared for less privacy or keep your drapes shut which ultimately negates the value of that view itself

A very pleasant stay in Venice. The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. They even treated us to a coffee at check-in, which was a lovely touch. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and, most importantly clean. The location is priceless, especially for getting around Venice. The hotel is right at the Sant’Angelo vaporetto stop, making it very convenient for both airport connections and exploring the city. It’s also within easy walking distance of the main sights, around 10 minutes to Rialto Bridge and about 15 minutes to St. Mark’s Square. Overall, a clean, comfortable and wonderfully located hotel. I would happily stay here again.
