The rooftop bar is not really "rooftop" but a roofed terrace(bar/restaurant) near the entrance, which looks quite nice.The breakfast was good, too. "I really liked this hotel. Right across the street from the beach. The room was clean and good-sized. And there was a lovely balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view. The surrounding area has some restaurants and massage parlors to choose from, all within easy walking distance. There is also a lane with lots of bars to choose from. Regrettably, there is construction on the adjacent lot, so there is construction noise during the daytime."
