"The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one.
The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained.
The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. No pastries or waffles - but for some reason waffle syrup and strawberry topping were available! Scrambled eggs, steamed patty sausage and a few hard/dry biscuits. Juice was watered down and only...

"Huge shout out to the staff who were super friendly! Lori in particular is amazing and friendly! Loved the beds so comfy, kitchenette made the stay so easy being there several days, and the staff again so friendly and helpful! Thanks for the great stay!"

"This was a lovely place to stay for a wedding related trip to Rogersville. It is conveniently located and has wonderful, historic charm. Our room “The Browns” was clean and very comfortable. The check in and check out procedure was easy and the Desk Clerk was very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here!"

"We were just 2 people. The upstairs shower was slippery to us so we used downstairs. Needed a fan in back bedroom. Lots of spiderwebs on outdoor chairs. Used swing only. There are lots of cameras, just a little unnerving. No garbage disposal! No regular coffee pot, just keurig. Tiny ice cube trays, no ice maker. "
