We were woken early by machines and beeping each day and the balcony was covered in dust. Also the unit needed a good maintenance check, as when we arrived there were a number of advertised items missing and a broken dining table and chair. "

However I would not recommend to a business traveller. There is no on site reception. So you have to travel 5 ks to a different suburb by taxi or uber to collect keys from a real estate agent office.
