The property is nice and modern and well-styled. However, the key problem for us was the adjacent construction site, which we were not told about. We were woken early by machines and beeping each day and the balcony was covered in dust. Also the unit needed a good maintenance check, as when we arrived there were a number of advertised items missing and a broken dining table and chair.

Excellent property with everything you need to cook a family dinner. The construction around is a bit of an eyesore. Also Accommodate Canberra could make their instructions to pick the key and locate the apartment a little better i.e. instead of turn the pad after entering the safe code, it should have been turn the black handle.

Beautiful apartment with wonderful views. Very peaceful and close to Kingston foreshore with restaurants and Manuka shops. Great place to stay.
