"Property was hardly finished, cleaning service was available by requests numerous requests.staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the place if you traveling with pets."

"The hotel is very nice, clean and neat. The location is quite good for families, as it is immediately next to the park/forest which leads to the centre of Bakuriani. The park/forest itself is really appreciable for kids to play. Heater works perfect, and the views on the mountain are stunning!"

"The hotel is shown on the map on Expedia as being located just below the Fortress in one of the few remaining historic areas of the city, very close to Stalin Museum, but it is actually located in front of the train station, across the river, 30 minutes away from the museum. And there is absolutely nothing to do or see in that area. "Facility is basic, and we encountered a power outage from late afternoon to about 9 pm in the evening. Without power, water was also not available. With very limited English speaking skills, the staff were very nice and kind and tried their best to help 👍 The breakfast was also very simple.
