We enjoyed 4 nights in a charming, delicious, homely place with a kind and respectful attitude towards its guests. The prices are very affordable and the location is excellent. The hotel has 14 guest rooms. It should be noted that there is no elevator in the building and there is no pool. The rooms are not large and the furniture is simple, but in our opinion the wonderful attitude and the food are much more important. Definitely recommend a visit!

The hotel is well located. The rooms seem to be renovated but already show their age (shower leaking on the floor in the rest of the bathroom). Staff is very friendly and helpful. However the hotel has more of a hostel feel. The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear every noise from the hallway and people talking. You can even hear noise from other rooms. Good value if you don't mind the noise.

Pros: Very convenient, affordable location in the centre of Borjomi. We were guided to park our car on the street opposite the hotel, and also treated to a great cocktail. Staff were friendly. Balcony in the room was nice. Cons: The walls are paper thin so people walking past the room, going up the stairs, in the lobby and those taking showers can be heard clearly. Bed is a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. WiFi is poor. Overall a nice stay with some welcoming staff, but had we stayed longer than one night some of the negatives might have annoyed us more.

Lovely & comfortable

A lovely and comfy hotel, great restaurant downstairs. Better than the “luxury” Crowne Plaza from across the road, where nothing is working. Will definitely consider staying here again if I am back in Borjomi!

Central location and nice hotel

Nice new hotel in the middle of the main tourist street in Borjomi, you can walk in the park outside. Hotel seems to be new, room was nice and breakfast decent. Would definitely stay again here

Room big and nice-looking but no plugs next to bed, not even to plug in bedside lamps. Mattress too soft, pillow too high. Bathroom nowhere to put toiletries or hang towels, no separation from shower, whole floor wet, loud ventilator noise. Room lock not functioning well. On the upside, friendly staff and nice balcony with room, but all over, not great value.

Perfect location in Borjomi

We were so happy with our two-night stay in Borjomi and that was in large part thanks to the Borjomi Underwood and it’s manager Dmitri. The location is perfect, just a few feet away from the river and the main park. Best of all, the hotel helped arrange a wonderful tour of the surrounding areas including Vardzia. Though Georgia’s national quarantine restrictions restricted nightlife the week we were there, we were able to make a quick stop at the hotel bar which was clearly popular in the neighborhood.
