"I have stayed at the Monte Carlo for over 20 years and they have always looked after my needs with great care and compassion. This was however not a problem as the owner had sent us a message previously telling us how to use the key safe to collect our keys. "It’s an old building but it was clean, staff were very friendly, everything was good, except that there’s no air conditioning and the fan was very noisy, another aspect is the beds are very hard, if they could change that, it would be great. Breakfast was excellent. "
