"Location was great for what we needed, with adequate parking. The buffet breakfast was good but some days it was very busy and guests struggled to find somewhere to eat. The room was OK but freshened up one day and not the next. Supplies weren't checked as there was an empty tissue box, no tea bags in the room and we had to ask for toilet paper. Staff though were very accommodating and prompt."

"Loved this place, it was convenient to where we wanted to go. Breaky was perfect to start the day and parking included was a bonus. We will definitely be staying again."

"Having parking in inner area is a plus
The room service lady was most helpful
The room are clean and tidy if a bit run down
The bathroom should have a warning “No chubby people” though. Clean but cramped.
Overall for the position and the price it was fine
Will stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nesuto Canberra while attending the NAIDOC basketball tournament for our son. The staff were absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine care and positive attitude made us feel right at home.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location, making our busy tournament weekend so much easier. A big thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay...

"The room had 2 cracked pains of glass the shower exhaust fan was caked in dust so were the vents in the room the carpet needs a good steam clean
Over all the room was comfortable the bed was ok
The whole hotel could do with a paint it looks abit shabby"

"Absolutely disgusting rooms, Shower walls were black.
Checking in to find the room wasn't vacuumed, microwave & fridges were putrid and bed linen was stained"
