"A charming and unique hotel located in the central area of Krakow. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet is delicious and well worth the cost, and the location couldn’t be more perfect! Only two blocks from the square and surrounded by wonderful cafés and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Pollera and will definitely stay there again on another visit to Krakow. "
