Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night because our flight left the next day. We would definitely stay here again. The staff are wonderful, the room was lovely, and everything is incredibly clean. The location was perfect. It is an excellent high class place to stay.

A very short walk from the train station and perfectly located. While I’m sure there are fancier places, the 60 złoty breakfast was an unbeatable and started each day right. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about goings on in there fabulously beautiful walled city.

A charming and unique hotel located in the central area of Krakow. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet is delicious and well worth the cost, and the location couldn’t be more perfect! Only two blocks from the square and surrounded by wonderful cafés and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Pollera and will definitely stay there again on another visit to Krakow.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to many attractions and interesting places. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that you could hear noise from the hallway, but it didn’t bother me much, just something to keep in mind. I enjoyed my stay.

Very spacious apartment, very convenient location. Only issue was the apartment we had was 3 floor walk-up, although it's common in Europe. Really glad to be 15 min from the train station and 10 min from the Main Square, perfect for tourists. Rooms were clean and beds and sofas comfortable. WiFi was spotty though.

Gorgeous hotel with very friendly staff. Short walk from the square and a few mins from the train/bus station but located in a quiet street. Very easy to get a taxi from the small square opposite. Two convenience stores on the same street and plenty of others nearby.
