"Don't expect there will be anyone at the desk - they are only there is the morning. That said, the hotel will get you instructions on your phone (so buy a data plan for Europe because you'll need it). This place is well located, with many places to walk to. It is off a dark alley, not giving a feeling of being unsafe - just dark - and people tend to park their car in front of the door. It is just a single door entry off the alley. "Lovely room in a very quiet area of the old city, although only 5 minutes walk to everything you would need. The room is lovely and sympathetically restored, the bright orange bathroom is great! Check in and out was quick. Just of note - no mini fridge on the room. Although there is cold drinking water by reception, a fridge in the hot weather would be most welcomed. "

"Accommodatie was echt top! Ik zat in een twee persoons appartement met mijn vriendin en het is echt prima te doen. Ruim, super schoon en midden in de stad. Geen last gehad van overlast, maar zeker mijn voordelen eruit gehaald dat alles erom heen zo dichtbij was. Genoeg restaurantjes, winkels, barretjes en de rooftop bar is precies tegenover het appartement. Zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Ik kom hier zeker een keer terug. Communicatie is verder ook uitstekend en heel behulpzaam. 10/10"

"The apartment really suited us. Comfortable bedroom, long corridor down to the bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The apartment was spotless, but word of warning we did see a couple of ants so be very careful about any food you leave in the kitchen. We stayed during fallas so it was very loud, but understandably so at the weekend (mid week was fine) Checking in was easy, we picked up the keys from Mon Suites cathedral which is a 1 minute walk away. "The property is nice. The room is bigger than expected, looks newly renovated. However, we can smell cigarette smoke in our room and also a weird smell in the lobby and on the hallway. My wife and I did not make it a big deal. Breakfast was basic continental option. The best thing about this hotel is the location being very close to a lot of dining options and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful."
