"The room was clean but the water in the tub didn’t drain well and the toilet couldn’t be flushed soon after the previous flush. The AC fan didn’t shut off at all. The front staff was very rushed in checking us in. The employee in the breakfast area wasn’t really helpful in the morning. But it was quiet and there was ample, easy parking. The location is right off the highway which is also helpful."

"I thought it was closer to Casinorama but it's 10 - 15 minute drive, Uber was a great service. The hotel is very nice, clean and, quiet. Would stay there everytime I go to a concert."

"We were very disappointed with our stay. We chose the property over others for their amenities (pool/hot tub) only to arrive, and they were drained and out of order. They should have emailed days before to let me know. I was so looking forward to that.
The resort felt so empty but I was given a room overlooking their roof.
The staff were sweet and nice however. I would have just expected some compensation or a voucher (customer service)."

"I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable."
