"Breakfast was great, drinks at the bar wasn’t great."

"Staffing all friendly and helpful. Small restaurant but served good food. Also friendly staff there too. Valet was pricey but efficient. No street parking available. Only minor issue is housekeeping cleans rooms every other day. Did not expect that, so For a family of 4, we had to request more bath towels."

"Checked in is anytime after three. Got there at 430. Front desk said they had one clean room but it was next to housekeeping. We decided to take it anyways. Went up and room was dirty. Towels everywhere and bed slept in. Went back down stairs and was told we had to wait or we could go somewhere else. Terrible service."

"Although small, the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was a little inconvenient but not terrible. I would have rather have not had to pay, but $15.00 for overnight parking is not too bad either. The entire facility still has a really cool 1920's feel to it. I wonder if anyone has had any "paranormal" experiences? The cool little restaurant and bar in the lobby is pretty awesome. It is also within a very short walk to a few other bars and restaurants. We will definitely be stating there...

"THE BREAKFAST WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED! NICE PLACE, FORGOT TO TELL US TO USE OUR ROOM KEY FOR THE ELEVATOR. CAUSED A BIT OF CONFUSION AT FIRST. BATHROOM SINK DIDN'T DRAIN VERY WELL, FIXED IMMEDIATELY! VERY NICE PART OF TOWN, WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY RESTAURANTS AND ARENA. OVERALL I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!"

"I do not approve of the false advertisement of rates. Your web site said a specific cost per night when I reserved the room, but I was charged MUCH MORE per night! PLUS 13% extra PER NIGHT, not PER STAY!!! No other hotel charge that PER NIGHT!! You all ARE FRAUDULENT, and ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! You also charge me MORE than my sister even though we made our reservations AT THE SAME TIME!!! What are you all doing?!!!"
