"Very spacious room and an excellent stay. Each suite has its own living room separate from an oversized bedroom while there are big screen tvs in each. Perfect for travelers who need space to spread out, relax, unwind. Airport shuttle was super convenient, and to top it all off the workout room was impressive with numerous high end cardio options, machine and free weights, and plenty of room. Lastly, bar and courtyard downstairs were very aesthetically pleasing."

"The hotel’s indoor pool is closed fron 10 to 2 each day for “maintenance.” The hot tub was cordened off for repair. The lift for handicapped use of the pool was out of service. The staff was nice and very accommodating but I think they are struggling to maintain the place. Breakfast was okay and the room was clean. More of a three star kind of place but it was quiet and didn’t feel unsafe. Shuttle drivers were kind and accommodating."

"I would not recommend this hotel. The property was extremely unclean. There was a dead bug on the AC unit in our room, and the bed was in poor condition, which forced us to request a room change. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. There were old mattresses left in the hallways and even a couch sitting in the parking lot. The entire place looked neglected and felt more like the setting of a scary motel than a hotel. Cleanliness and maintenance clearly are not priorities here....

"Hyatt was ok. I initially booked after my flight got cancelled, and I saw they had an indoor pool. The pool was small, the water was cold and you couldn’t even use the pool unless you didn’t mind children’s swimming lessons ,according to the sign, take place every night until 8pm, which is when the pool closes. On the listing, it showed breakfast included, but it’s included if you pay for it. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable."
