"Love the location of the hotel-right next to Reading Terminal, close shopping, Chinatown, city hall etc. 10 to 15 mins walk to Love park. The hotel itself and service were okay, nothing stellar but would stay there again just for the location."

"I was at this property because my son was a patient at Temple hospital. Michele at the front desk is amazing! If there’s anything you need ask for her she is so understanding and compassionate. She helped me with my issues with my stay. Couldn’t recommend more , the accommodations they made for me. "

"The hotel rooms, laundry facilities and rooms above lobby are a bit dated. My main complaint was the noise. Being close to a fire station we experienced lots of loud sirens through the night."

"Easy check-in, clean room. One of two beds was unmade, with clean linen piled on top. Clean waste baskets on desk and sink rather than on floor. Only a single set of towels provided. Front desk indifferent to the issues - "we don't have housekeeping on the weekend." No floor lamp, so room was darker than I like."

"I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Sheraton Buck County Hotel. The hotel manager, Nekayah Williams and her front desk staff were friendly, professional and extremely accommodating. Our room was comfortable and clean. Complimentary coffee/tea was offered in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel. "
